Melbourne Cup is trotting back our way and we're celebrating with a delicious lunch for $119pp featuring Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Rosé on arrival and a 3-hour beverage package including beer and wine from Calabria Family Wines. 

Our menu is as follows:

Canapés:

Entrée:

• Buttermilk squid, preserved lemon salt, roasted gazpacho, lemon

Mains:

• Free range chicken, creamy tagine sauce, crispy potato terrine, herb salata
• 300gm grain fed sirloin steak, caramelized celeriac and parmesan puree, charred caulilini, smoked café de Paris butter, watercress
